Repair Cracked Toilet Bowl Tank. Remove standing water in the tank or bowl, if necessary, by soaking it up with a sponge and wringing it out into a bucket. If the toilet tank and toilet bowl are connected with an elbow, this elbow should be removed.
The cracks can spread across the toilet's porcelain, causing further damage and possible injury. Just like with fixing the tank, to fix the toilet bowl, you first need to turn off the water supply and flush the toilet a couple of times to drain out all of the water. If the bolts are tight and the leak persists, replace the bolts and the gasket between the tank and toilet base.
Turn off the tap beneath and flush until the tank is to the lowest level possible.
This involves draining out the water, thoroughly drying the tank, applying the epoxy, and leaving it to dry before using the tank again. Some toilet cracks can be repaired. If need be, use towels and other such things to dry the toilet. A sudden change in temperature can also cause a toilet to crack.
